Hi, I'm David Mitchell, Founder and President of TRADEway.
You may have heard me ask the question, “What is the oldest book on the planet that contains economic and financial principles?” The answer is the Bible.
It is interesting to note that the Bible also contains very specific information on the proper way to diversify your life’s savings. The Creator of the Universe (who certainly can and does teach us how money works), says we should divide our savings into eight sectors.
“Harvard University and Yale University… were both established as preacher colleges… Their main thrust was theological training, but they also taught science, medicine, math, business, and economics. The economic principles came from the Bible.”
Those business principles were passed down from textbook to textbook to today’s business schools. Sadly, the fact that their origin was the Bible has been long since forgotten. TRADEway has infused economic principles found in the Bible into personal finance and investing.

This is an example of how we can relate Bible information to today’s markets:

This passage lists many other types of industry groups which have been important throughout time. We might apply this to industry groups today: cargo ships, trains, trucking, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.
