A Letter from our CEO
TRADEway Family,
I wanted to send a note to all of you during this beautiful season, first, to say how THANKFUL our family, and our team, are for YOU. We couldn’t do what we love, and what we were called to do, without like-minded Christian families like yours. We sincerely value the trust you placed in us to walk with you in your trading journey, and your belief in the mission we hold so dear.
In a time like this in the world, with everything swirling all around us, and human connection slipping away due to social media, AI advancements, and the many tools and conveniences at our fingertips, our family (and team) is more committed than ever to NEVER LOSE THE HUMAN ELEMENT & CONNECTION in what we do here at TRADEway.
As most of you know, our history with this business, going all the way back to 2008, is steeped in face-to-face interaction at live events. We hosted well over 100 live events per year back in those days, and we reached tens of thousands of amazing students through the power and broad reach of Christian radio. Friendships were forged—deep-long-lasting brotherhood and sisterhood still stand to this day with so many of you precious folks. It is how we built this family business. In 2020, with the advent of Covid, by the grace of God we were able to pivot to virtual events and “keep our doors open” so to speak, when so many in our industry shuttered theirs. GOD WAS (and is) SO FAITHFUL TO PROVIDE!
Fast forward to entering a new year—2026—wow. Look at what the Lord has done! From humble beginnings in our garage using post-it notes to remind us to “call John at 2 PM” (quite literally), to now serving over 100,000 Christian families across the U.S. and getting to work with our closest friends/family of 40+ teammates to spread the mission, we’ve never lost sight of the fact that helping you REACH YOUR GOALS is the most important part of what we do.
Coming up on a new year, we're having conversations within our family (and team) and asking:
WHAT DO OUR STUDENTS NEED? WHAT DO THEY WANT? HOW CAN WE SERVE THEM BETTER?
After hearing from you in webinars, in our community, in our events, on phone calls and so much more, we truly believe one of the BIGGEST answers to all three are: you want MORE COMMUNITY & CONNECTION.
You want to be able to see us, and each other. You want to be able to fellowship, break bread, pray, discuss the deep beauty of the world around us, and the depths of God’s love. You want to be able to give a big ‘ol hug to the Coaches and support team that have helped change your lives, and we want to be able to do the same.
But what does this look like in this new era of TRADEway?
Destination Trips
First, we are going to CONTINUE doing our special destination trips. In fact, a very special group of TRADEway students joined my parents (David & Charlotte Mitchell), and dear friends on our recent TRADEway at Sea in November! The feedback was remarkable—many are saying "it was the best yet!" We'll keep this long-running tradition in TRADEway going for as long as we possibly can!
TRADEway Meetups
Next, for the first time ever, we’re introducing TRADEway Meetups! Yes, these will be IN-PERSON, hosted in various locations where we have enough interest, and they will be focused on fellowship and connection. Fair warning, we will be trying this out as a "soft launch" beginning in our home state of Texas.
Virtual TRADEway Meetups
And last but certainly not least, we'll be hosting a MONTHLY "member only" Virtual TRADEway Meetup—Insider+, Trader+, TraderMAX, and TraderPRO members will receive a monthly invite. These will be live only (not recorded)—you'll be able to join us every month for "open mic" fellowship with fellow traders and Coaches!
Yall, we have so much more in store for 2026 I can hardly contain it, and I certainly cannot fit it all in one email. I will be sending more notes soon, and posting inside our Community. BE ON THE LOOKOUT for more exciting announcements! (Hint: incredible updates coming to our memberships in the new year!)
